Membership Qualification

Applicants for regular membership should be in the fields of dispensing, medical practice, business, education or scientific research that are related to Chinese medicine. Regular membership categories comprise of ordinary, corporate (including legal entities of educational/research institutions and associations) and student memberships. Corporate members may appoint 3 representatives to join. Those who do not meet the qualifications above may apply for associate membership.

Return the filled form with a check or money order to MCMIA's office. Please issue the check/money order to: Modernized Chinese Medicine International Association Limited.
